A graduate of the Karol Marcinkowski Medical University in Poznań with a degree in medicine. He also completed pedagogical studies at Collegium da Vinci in Poznań, as well as psychology studies at SWPS University, specializing in educational psychology. He is passionate about cognitive psychology, cognitive science, board games, and Eastern philosophy. Author of a blog at the intersection of education, communication, and philosophy.

Head of the Technology Department, he draws on experience across multiple fields—design, data analysis and modeling, and programming—to manage projects. For a long time, he searched for a challenge worthy of his full dedication. He found it where education and technology meet. He immediately left his corporate career to co-found the Bethink Group, including Medcourses!, together with Dariusz Chrapek. He enjoys helping people face difficult truths, find simple solutions to complex problems, and search for words that precisely express thoughts—not only his own.

A physician and educator determined to change how future doctors and medical professionals are educated—so much so that he stepped away from a specialization in plastic surgery. He is a co-creator of the educational project Najprościej Mówiąc (Simple Medicine), where he teaches about health through YouTube and an e-learning platform for patients. Outside of work, he is passionate about film production and eagerly follows news in technology and developmental psychology.

Our Editor-in-Chief, involved since 2012 in creating high-quality teaching materials for medical students and young doctors. At work, he visualizes, optimizes, and automates, and after work, he just relaxes, traveling with his finger on the map and his feet on the ground, on micro and macro scales, both in the real-world and fictional ones. Fascinated by technology, a devourer of podcasts and music in various languages, always willing to learn another thing for which he will struggle to find time. He buys board games for the miniatures and books for the covers (though he doesn't judge them by their covers).
